Linzi is thrilled to join the Burstin’ with Broadway creative team as choreographer!

She first met Dominique when she was a guest soloist for BwB’s first ever show while she was studying musical theatre performance at Capilano University over 20 years ago. Linzi and Kerry go back even further when they met working together on a Gilbert and Sullivan opera; Linzi’s first time on stage in a community production!

Since then, Linzi has kept busy wearing many hats in the local arts community, most of which look smashing on her (especially the purple ones)

Favourite musicals she has choreographed include: Nunsense (First Impressions), Amélie (Westmoon Theatre -Ovation Award nominations), Les Misérables, My Fair Lady, Legally Blonde (Theatre Hamber), Cinderella Wakes Up, Sinbad (Metro Theatre Pantomimes)

Linzi has also been a dance and musical theatre instructor for theatre lovers of all ages (including teaching her mum beginner tap!)

As a musical theatre performer Linzi has appeared in numerous productions with Theatre Under the Stars, Royal City Musical Theatre, Gateway Theatre, & Metro Theatre.

She has been touring the world as the Stage Manager for Vancouver’s internationally acclaimed, cutting-edge contemporary dance company, Ballet BC for over 5 years.

As an SM she has also worked with Alberta Ballet, Ballet Kelowna, Dancing on the Edge Festival, Raincity Theatre, Royal City Musical Theatre; she learned these skills apprenticing with Vancouver Opera, Chemainus Theatre Festival, and Arts Club.

A lifelong learner, Linzi’s most recent endeavor is supporting the performing arts community as @theshowbizlifecoach and mind-body nutritionist by helping performing arts professionals maintain emotional & physical strength, endurance, and energy to sustain balanced and vibrant lives & careers.

Linzi enjoys chocolate, travelling, coffee, cats, motorcycles, & anything purple.

She is forever grateful for her loving, supportive family
